Our Services
General Home Inspection
Our general home inspections follow InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice and provide a thorough visual review of the home’s key systems and components. The goal is to identify material defects and give homeowners and buyers clear, easy-to-understand insight into the property’s overall condition.
During a home inspection, the following systems and components are inspected.
1. Interior, exterior, walls, windows, and doors
2. HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
3. Basement, crawlspace, and structure
4. Fireplace
5. Roof and attic
6. Electrical
7. Plumbing
As an added value, we include thermal imaging to enhance the inspection and provide deeper insight into the home’s performance and condition.
Mold Inspections & Testing - TBD
We are preparing to perform Mold Inspections & Testing in accordance with the IAC2® Mold Inspection Standards of Practice, providing a thorough visual evaluation of areas prone to moisture and mold growth. When appropriate, air or surface sampling may be conducted to help identify potential concerns. Our detailed reports give homeowners clear, actionable information to make informed decisions about mold remediation or prevention.
Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO) Inspection - TBD
Our Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO) Inspection, conducted in accordance with InterNACHI standards, is a visual evaluation of a property to identify evidence of organisms that can damage wood structures, including termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and wood-decaying fungi. The inspection focuses on accessible areas of the home such as foundations, crawl spaces, basements, attics, and structural components.
This non-invasive inspection looks for visible damage, insect activity, and conditions that may increase the risk of infestation, such as moisture issues or wood-to-soil contact. While it does not include treatment or warranties, a WDO inspection provides valuable insight to help buyers and homeowners make informed decisions and determine whether further evaluation by a licensed pest professional is recommended.
