Our general home inspections follow InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice and provide a thorough visual review of the home’s key systems and components. The goal is to identify material defects and give homeowners and buyers clear, easy-to-understand insight into the property’s overall condition.
As an added value, we include thermal imaging to enhance the inspection and provide deeper insight into the home’s performance and condition.
Base pricing starts at $350 for homes up to approximately 2,500 square feet. Larger homes (over 2,500 square feet) are priced starting at $450, based on size and complexity.

We perform mold inspections in accordance with the IAC2® Mold Inspection Standards of Practice, providing a thorough visual evaluation of areas prone to moisture and mold growth. When appropriate, air or surface sampling may be conducted to help identify potential concerns. Our detailed reports give homeowners clear, actionable information to make informed decisions about mold remediation or prevention.
